HEAL Your Lightworker Body with Compassionate Light Language Reiki

The Energy we hold in our bodies can significantly impact our emotional and physical well-being.

 

As Lightworkers our health can be negatively affected by our empathy and sensitivity. Emotional fatigue or emotional exhaustion, burnout, chronic fatigue, overwhelm, depressive episodes or depression and dissociation are things that most Lightworkers experience from time to time.

We are living in a very volatile and polarized time. Even those who are less sensitive are experiencing symptoms of distress and fatigue and feelings of hopelessness at times.

Archangels Raphael, Muriel, Michael and Zadkiel are here to assist with this healing to soothe and bring compassion and healing for the effects this constant stress and overload have on our bodies, mental health and performance.

 

We bring compassion and healing for our anxiety, apathy, depression, hopelessness, powerlessness, irritability, pessimism, feelings of disillusionment, feeling stuck, our forgetfulness or fogginess or the inability to focus or complete tasks, our lack of motivation, our sense of failure, detachment, feeling teary and exhausted. We bring compassion and healing to our insomnia, nightmares, night terrors, sleep paralysis, disturbed sleep, our migraines and headaches, eating too much or too little, nausea, digestive problems, muscle pain, general chronic pain, frequent illness, our slowness with even simple tasks, procrastination, substance abuse, suicidal ideation, our need to isolate or avoid, everywhere we don’t show up any longer.

 

We also bring compassion and clearing where our mental health and physical health are affected by psychic attacks, envy and the evil eye. Archangel Michael clears our subtle bodies, physical body, energy field, removing any hooks and cords and attachments and bringing a soothing transparent shield, that feels similar to the function of aloe vera for our energy field. The Pleiadians assist as well.
