There are many ways that cords can be formed between us and others. Not all cords are negative though and there are even those that are very necessary for our wellbeing and development like the cords between parents and their children while they are young.

 

1.    With this transmission we gently release and transform the cords that no longer are for our or the other person’s highest good. We do not do this in anger, but rather with compassion and the desire to set both free. With this we release the baggage between us and this person, people, situation or system and we let go of where these cords are linked to limited beliefs or unhealthy behaviour patterns.

2.    We gently release or transform any cords that hinder our growth and ascension and inner peace.

3.    We ask Archangel Michael that the removal or transformation of these denser cords will happen in such a way that there will be no residual energy/ hooks or energy imbalances for anyone involved. Again, this is gentle, compassionate release.

4.    We release or transform these denser cords where the relationship ended. We release the emotional ties. We release and bring compassion to any lingering denser emotions like resentment, shame, fear, terror or anger. 

5.    We release or transform these denser cords where we experience them as very draining or where they make us feel stuck or like we are looping or where we are drowning in grief.

6.    We release obsessive and intrusive thoughts or where we cannot stop thinking about someone or something. We release these cords of obsession and judgement and emotional instability. 

7.    We release or transform these denser cords where we want to move on from a past trauma or experience. We also now gently release any emotional charge left by these cords.

8.    We release or transform these denser cords where they are linked to shared akashic records or our personal akashic records and our bloodlines. 

9.    There is now only peace and love between us and this person, people, situation or system and whenever a reemergence of these cords happens, we ask the Golden Angels, the Christed Energy to redirect them to Source/Spirit. Thank you.

People-pleasing is a penchant to put the needs and opinions of others above our own. There are actually many different things that might cause this behaviour pattern: Where it is a result of trauma or abuse it is a defence mechanism where we attempt to appease or please the threatening person or situation as a way to protect ourselves. In this form people pleasing is actually fawning, one of the survival responses similar to fight or flight. We use this to avoid further abuse or conflict. Where our first instinct is to diffuse the situation and to appease the angry or unhappy or hurt person. I know I also tend to self-gaslight in situations like this and if it escalates it often leads to self-sabotage or self-harming behaviours.   People-pleasing can also be because of a low self esteem or where we are afraid of rejection or abandonment.
