Most of us carry wounds of distrust and unreceptivity in regard to support. We have lived through many experiences where the support never came, didn’t come in time, was only available to some and we didn’t make the cut or where the support was conditional or unhelpful or not enough or purposely withheld or where our vulnerability and need of support led to judgment, rejection, disbelief, shaming and further abuse or trauma.

We carry many wounds to do with support in romance and in our sexual identity or expression as well.

 

With this Waxing Gibbous we are invited to meditate on opening our hearts to support and to visualize what support means to us. What are our needs in romance. What are our needs in this co-creative dance. What makes us feel supported and how can we support our Beloved too.
