HEALTHY Boundaries for the 🐍💎 HEALER 💎🐍 Light Language Reiki Energy Healing

Archangel Michael, Faith, Muriel, Cassiel, Haniel and Chamuel and the Seraphim and Unicorns are here: I step into my sovereignty as a lightworker support for the collective and Gaia at this time; as a healer and a divine multidimensional channeler.

I affirm these boundaries now: I am a healer and a support for those in need, but not at the cost of my own wellbeing, mental health and physical health. I am pure channel of Compassionate healing that holds space for others to find their own answers and self-healing. I am not required to be a source of power/ to deplete my own energy in order to help others going. I am not their charging point or offloading point at the cost of myself. I am a channel of Love and Compassion. I am a healing channel that is a mirror.

I am healer, but not at the cost of my own dreams and innermost desires. I am a Lightworker that embodies her/ his most blissful expression of being alive in a body on earth right at this moment. Being a Lightworker doesn’t require martyrdom and self-sacrifice. I am allowed to be my own dreams. I am allowed to be lover, friend, artist of my own visons and creations. I am allowed to have fun and to have the money to experience a life of leisure and fun explorations and rejuvenation.

I deserve the compassion that I bestow on others.

I deserve the rest and time that I bestow on others.

I deserve the ascended 3D experiences that I channel and activate for others.

I deserve a life of my own where I am in service of myself as well and with hours solely meant for what brings me joy. I am not required to work non-stop in service to others. I can assist and I can live abundantly without being burned out or constantly on the verge of burnout.

I deserve support for all the secondary trauma that continues to accumulate in my own psyche.

I deserve to be taken care of too.

I deserve all that I so lovingly give to others.

People-pleasing is a penchant to put the needs and opinions of others above our own. There are actually many different things that might cause this behaviour pattern: Where it is a result of trauma or abuse it is a defence mechanism where we attempt to appease or please the threatening person or situation as a way to protect ourselves. In this form people pleasing is actually fawning, one of the survival responses similar to fight or flight. We use this to avoid further abuse or conflict. Where our first instinct is to diffuse the situation and to appease the angry or unhappy or hurt person. I know I also tend to self-gaslight in situations like this and if it escalates it often leads to self-sabotage or self-harming behaviours.   People-pleasing can also be because of a low self esteem or where we are afraid of rejection or abandonment.
