The heart is fire and water

 

It usually takes me about two years to complete a poetry book. I really like editing or maybe it is just that I second guess a lot. 🤣 

This fourth book is a long birth and seems to be mainly about the Sacred Lover part of my Ascension Journey. Here is the (maybe) final version of one of the poems:

The heart is fire and water:

 

there had been lives where love

burned a pathway between universes

 

distance is an illusion

although it feels very real

 

–  I long for physical presence 

 

who are you

soulmate soul flame twin flame

the one who energetically kisses my forehead

when I cry –

 

I dreamed I was in deep water

the ocean took me hostage

further and further away from the shore I envisioned 

and I let her

 

to resist would have been to drown

 

– in the watery realms we master our emotions

fluid portals – I burned in the ocean and stepped

through this vortex light 

 

as ashes
