Recently we have received a transmission to help us with our heartbreak. This transmission is to help us reconnect with our joy, with the beauty around and within us, with our wonder and creativity. Archangel Raziel and the Unicorns help us to reconnect with the energy of innocence where we see the world through fresh eyes. Archangel Ariel reconnects us with our senses to notice when we experience joy and with our outward expressions of joy. We are allowed to be our joy. She helps clear where our joy has been judged. Just like awe leads to wonder, our moments of joy are the building blocks for a mental state of happiness. Our joy connects us with the moment. In our joy we are present. Thank you.

The Butterflies are helping us to consciously make space for joy, wonder, beauty and creativity in our lives. Just like we make space for all other emotions in our lives too. We are the lightness in our Joy and we spread our joy from flower to flower. Through our joy we regain simplicity/ more clarity to do with our purpose and our happiness. Through our joy and our wonder, we transition with more ease. Thank you.

People-pleasing is a penchant to put the needs and opinions of others above our own. There are actually many different things that might cause this behaviour pattern: Where it is a result of trauma or abuse it is a defence mechanism where we attempt to appease or please the threatening person or situation as a way to protect ourselves. In this form people pleasing is actually fawning, one of the survival responses similar to fight or flight. We use this to avoid further abuse or conflict. Where our first instinct is to diffuse the situation and to appease the angry or unhappy or hurt person. I know I also tend to self-gaslight in situations like this and if it escalates it often leads to self-sabotage or self-harming behaviours.   People-pleasing can also be because of a low self esteem or where we are afraid of rejection or abandonment.
